Step Two: Renew your mind. Recognize the importance of your psycho-social well-being and understand the impact your thoughts have in your health.

Step Three: Renew your spirit. Establish your personal mission and learn how to live out your purpose.

Step Four: Renew your body. Learn the importance of proper nutrition, exercise and the importance of appropriate health care. Develop healthy habits that you can live with for a lifetime.

Step Five: Maximize your resources. Participate in the process of healing and become a better healthcare consumer by investigating your options. Recognize that the ideal healthcare system starts with you.

Step Six: Live life in 3 Dimension. Integrate activities for the spirit, mind and body in an attempt to create a healing perspective.
